Haunted Attraction Policies & Waiver of Liability

By entering this haunted attraction, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Entry constitutes acceptance of all risks and rules outlined below. If you do not agree, please do not enter.

Enter at Your Own Risk

This is an outdoor attraction that includes uneven ground, low lighting, tight spaces, fog effects, laser lights, strobe lights, loud noises, and sudden scares. Scenes may be disturbing or intense. Hazards are inherent to the experience and cannot be eliminated.

You assume all risks associated with your visit. The owners, staff, and affiliates of this attraction are not responsible for any injury, illness, lost property, or damage that may occur during your visit.

Health Advisory

This attraction may not be safe for guests with the following conditions:

• Heart conditions
• Epilepsy or sensitivity to strobe lights
• Respiratory issues (e.g., asthma)
• Anxiety or panic disorders
• Physical limitations that may be aggravated by uneven terrain, darkness, or tight spaces
• Pregnancy

By entering, you affirm that you are in suitable physical and mental condition to participate and have not been advised otherwise by a medical professional.

Age & Supervision Policy

This attraction is not recommended for young children. Parents or guardians who choose to bring children do so at their own discretion and risk.

• All children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
• No refunds will be provided if a child is too scared to continue.

Code of Conduct

We are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. The following behavior will not be tolerated:

• Touching or harassing actors, staff, or other guests
• Destruction or defacement of sets, props, or property
• Use of weapons, drugs, or alcohol on-site
• Entering restricted areas or violating posted instructions
• Ignoring safety instructions from staff
• Engaging in any unlawful activity

Any guest who violates these rules will be removed from the premises without refund and may be subject to legal action.

No Photography or Video Recording

To preserve the immersive experience and protect our performers:

• No photography or filming is allowed on the scare trail.
• Designated photo-op areas will be clearly marked and may be used for personal photos only.

Ticket Policy

• All ticket sales are final.
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Tickets may not be resold or exchanged by the customer under any circumstances.

Acknowledgment & Consent

By purchasing a ticket and entering the attraction, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms listed in this waiver. You release the venue, owners, staff, and affiliated entities from any liability arising from your participation.
